Role Overview:
As an ISO Subject Matter Expert (SME) at AI CERTs, you will be a key contributor to ensuring our organization’s compliance with ISO standards and regulations while supporting our commitment to social impact and a global vision. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our industry recognition and validation, working closely with cross-functional teams to establish and uphold ISO-related processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of ISO standards relevant to the education and certification industry, ensuring a thorough understanding of their requirements.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure compliance with ISO standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- Prepare for and participate in ISO audits and assessments, coordinating efforts to meet audit requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to ISO processes and procedures, including quality manuals and policies.
- Provide training and guidance to employees and teams on ISO-related matters, ensuring awareness and adherence to standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of ISO-related processes.
- Work closely with external auditors, if necessary, to facilitate the audit process and address audit findings.
- Keep abreast of changes and updates to ISO standards, ensuring the organization remains compliant with the latest requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as an ISO Subject Matter Expert or Quality Assurance professional in an educational or certification context.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and their application to educational and certification organizations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and facilitate ISO-related initiatives and audits.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
