Wrapping up the year on a strong note. I just earned my A+ Project Manager Certificate from AI CERTs®. This was not a casual assessment. It was a fully proctored exam with 50 questions and a 90-minute time limit, designed to test real project management knowledge and AI. I have learned how to combine AI with Project Management to work smarter. This means using AI to create project plans, automate documentation, analyze risks, track progress, and improve communication across teams. Instead of reacting to problems, I can now anticipate them and act early. Most importantly, the certificate sharpened my mindset as a project leader. I now approach projects with more structure, clarity, and efficiency, while leveraging AI and automation to reduce manual work and deliver results faster. This certification closes the year with stronger skills, better systems, and a clear foundation to take on more complex, high-impact projects in the future.
